Engineered Truss & Floor Ordering Guidelines

All orders are quoted FOB Jobsite (on the ground) unless specified. Due to insurance restrictions our delivery personnel cannot lift trusses or floor systems by hand. 

Please review your quote carefully. All trusses will be made to the specification you provide. All dimensional floor systems are cut to the nearest 2' increment. 

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information! Confirm drawing dimensions to actual frame or foundation sizes. Inform Roof Trusses & Components BEFORE production on any changes!

Written confirmation of dimensions and quantities will be required prior to production.

Trusses will be produced on a first come, first served basis. Truss production will be coordinated with your requirements. Please keep us informed of your progress on site.

Quotes are free!

If you require Professional Engineer stamped drawings for permit, a non-refundable deposit is required. Contact us for a quote on stamped drawings.

If you are ready to order, we require prepayment by cash, cheque or etransfer to info@rooftrusses.ca.

Please provide accurate delivery, billing and contact information including street names, lot number or emergency number, phone numbers and a map if possible.

Final Engineer Stamped drawing, layout and installation documents will be sent with your order. Please review these documents carefully prior to installing your trusses.
